Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.

Security is a priority

SagePay has the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) so you can buy from this site knowing that you are protected against fraud.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form along with your payment to the address above.

If you request delivery to an address other than your billing address we may undertake additional security checks on your payment before accepting the order. This is part of our standard security procedure to help protect you against fraudulent misuse of your credit/debit card details. In some circumstances this may result in your order being delayed.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your delivery looks even slightly damaged please make sure that this is highlighted before you sign the delivery note and inform us within 3 days otherwise we may not be able to offer any replacement. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect the goods and either offer you a refund or if preferred we will exchange the goods.

If you change your mind and would like to return unwanted material, under most circumstances we are happy to accept it back as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. Please note that this must be within seven days of your receipt of the goods and there will be a 15% re-stocking charge.

We try to supply all material without joins. Where this is not possible you will be advised where the join will be. If it is not acceptable please let us know. If you agree the join will be clearly tagged on the roll.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a net order value basis apart from extra heavy parcels that have to be palletised.

Our preferred couriers are APC Overnight and CSM Logistics

APC offer a pre delivery alert messaging system so you have a 2 hour delivery window and don't have to wait in all day waiting for the van to arrive.

Delivery Costs

Next day delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders with a net value of 100 or over for destinations within England, Wales and Scotland.

For orders under 100 net we have a 10.50 delivery charge but we can also offer a reduced cost delivery option for 6.99. By selecting this service your goods could take up to 3 days to arrive.

Timed next day deliveries before noon and before 10am can also be arranged but for these as well as for deliveries going to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Eire there will be a small surcharge (see below).

For deliveries to Mainland European and Worlwide destinations and for those orders requiring pallet delivery please contact a member of staff who will be happy to get the best delivery rates for you.

Our Success Rate

We aim to dispatch all online orders on the same day as we receive the order. However, this is sometimes not possible either due to the time that the order was received ie: after 4.00pm or because of stock availability. In these cases we will dispatch the goods the following day or contact you with the earliest possible date for dispatch.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Despite our best efforts, occasionally there will be extraordinary circumstances which prevent us from turning up on time with your goods. Things such as traffic accidents, extreme weather, vehicle breakdowns might prevent us from getting the goods to you on time.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
