Returns & Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Materials

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your delivery looks even slightly damaged please make sure that this is highlighted before you sign the delivery note and inform us within 3 days otherwise we may not be able to offer any replacement. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect the goods and either offer you a refund or if preferred we will exchange the goods.

Non Faulty or Damaged Materials

If you change your mind and would like to return unwanted material, under most circumstances we are happy to accept it back as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. Please note that this must be within seven days of your receipt of the goods and there will be a 15% re-stocking charge.

We try to supply all material without joins. Where this is not possible you will be advised where the join will be. If it is not acceptable please let us know. If you agree the join will be clearly tagged on the roll.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been specially ordered in.
