Panel Wipe Surface Cleaner is a general purpose mild cleaner used extensively in the trade for cleaning vehicle panels before vinyl application.

NB: Due to the wide range of materials and paint finishes in use, it is impossible to predict the effect the cleaners would have on a particular surface. It is therefore important that the cleaner is tested on a small inconspicuous area first to satisfy the user of its suitability.
