Garments used for team sports are either made of 100% polyester or they contain a high polyester content and blended with cotton, nylon or lycra. This means that they are sensitive to heat and prone to dye migration.
Therefore choosing the correct heat transfer vinyl is important and making sure that it has dye blocking capabilities is crucial to a successful print.
Image Flex Turbo Print Sub Block 4010 is the perfect product for use on team sportswear as it has the added bonus of a sublimation resistant blockout layer to prevent colour migration of polyester fabrics showing through the printed image
Pressed at the lower end of the Turbo scale, the flex film is soft to the touch yet durable enough to withstand the rigours of team sports activities.
