ASLAN DRP07 High Tack White printable film made with 30% post-consumer recycled PET

ASLAN DRP07 is a white gloss printable film made of 30% post consumer recycled plastics and with a high tack adhesive and is part of the ASLAN LoopPet range of materials.

The LoopPET series of materials uses shredded and cleaned secondary rPET and offers a more sustainable choice with less reliance on fossil resource consumption, reduced CO₂ emissions, less water requirement and an overall lower volume of waste.

The 30% rPET content of one 50m roll of ASLAN SRL19 is the equivalent to 50, 1.5L recycled PET water bottles.

• 50 µ White gloss post-consumer recycled Polyester
• Special water-based high tack adhesive (solvent free) - Permanent
• Two sided PE coated kraft paper liner - 140g/m²

• Designed for short to medium term applications on to low energy plastics such as PE and PP and other difficult to bond substrates like tiles, granite, marble and aluminium
• Suitable for interior and exterior use on smooth flat surfaces
• Up to 3 years durability (unprinted)
• 50% Post Consumer Recycled Plastic content when laminated with ASLAN SRL19 Gloss Laminate

• PVC Free and made from post consumer recycled polyester
• Clean removal from low energy surfaces
• High dimensional stability and no shrinkage
• Printable with Latex & UV Curable Inks
• No plasticisers, no PVC, no VOC's and solvent free adhesive
• Can be applied at temperatures as low as 5^oC
• Ultra strong level of adhesion
• Suitable for laser cutting
