Delivery Services

As you will have seen on the news media there is a shortage of delivery drivers in the UK and we are experiencing challenges across the whole of the distribution network. With this in mind, please get your orders into us as early as possible, ideally giving a 48 hour window for delivery. We’ll continue to despatch the same day for orders received by 4.00pm but please be aware of potential delays.

Price Increases

As you will have also seen and probably already experienced, we are receiving continuous price increase notifications from our manufacturing partners, with some on their fourth revision so far this year and often given at short notice.

This is due to the combined cost increases in energy, raw materials and transportation and seems to be an on-going issue with further increases expected in the coming months.

Due to the complexity of these increases across our wide range of materials sourced from many manufacturers and converters we are finding it difficult to inform everyone of every relevant increase. The situation is so unpredictable that we are finding it impossible to offer longer term stable pricing or extended notice periods of any price changes.

We are working very closely with our manufacturing partners in Europe and across the Globe to ensure any increases are kept as low as possible and we will always look to absorb a proportion of these costs wherever we can do so without affecting our high standard of service to our customers.
