Traditionally, the go-to material for temporary window graphics would have been Static Cling Vinyl. This PVC-based film relies on the static electrical charge within the film to attract (cling) to a surface that has an opposite charge such as like glass without the need of any adhesive.
While Static Cling Vinyl offers some benefits, it has significant downsides:
Glass Apeel window graphic material works differently, utilising something called van der Waals force. Its smooth, non-sticky underside has a microporous layer that expands the film's surface area, creating a dull, grip-like feel. When applied to a smooth surface such as glass or metal, the film naturally aligns with it, keeping it firmly in place.
To remove it, simply peel from one corner—the alignment breaks, and the grip releases instantly, leaving no residue.
Glass Apeel is available in transparent clear and white with block-out properties. It is printable using Latex, UV, and Eco-solvent inks, making it easy to create effective advertising on glass, acrylic, and other smooth surfaces.
All available in 10m and 30m rolls
